Emilia Henry

Coach Emilia began her soccer journey with AFC in 2009 as a U8, building a strong foundation that led to four years of varsity play at Quincy High School. As a senior, she served as team captain and earned Patriot League All-Star, along with being named Student-Athlete of the Year. While attending UMass Amherst, Emilia continued to play at the intramural level while earning a degree in Economics. While new to coaching at AFC, she is no stranger to the club’s values and philosophies.

I believe in creating a positive environment where players find a sense of community and belonging through the game. My goal is to help each player grow both on and off the field, developing their skills, confidence, and work ethic. I encourage every player to be their best, support one another, and take pride in their progress as both teammates and individuals.
