philosophy

My coaching philosophy is that I want every kid to have a positive experience and enjoy the game while also learning and improving. They shouldn’t be afraid of making mistakes and trying new things. They shouldn’t be calm and confident and brave with the ball and without it. I think we tell them what to do too much overall so I really try not to make decisions for them and let them learn from them and help guide them after decisions are made especially in the game setting. I try to instill confidence and passion into them by having great positive energy that hopefully motivates them and makes them love the game even more.
